Participate in Family House’s Special Events
Family House sponsors several special events each year to raise funds for our mission of providing a “home away from home” for patients and their families. In addition to our own events, Family House is sometimes the beneficiary of events sponsored by other organizations. By sponsoring, hosting or attending a Family House benefit event, you provide direct help to families facing a medical crisis.
Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Association Charity Gala
This exciting event features entertainment, gourmet food and wine along with a fabulous array of new model, pre-production and concept cars. Proceeds benefit Family House and the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation
Family House Polotini
To kick off the Polo season, Family House sponsors an Annual Polo-tini tasting and Fashion Show at Saks Fifth Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh. This popular happy hour event will be held in May 30, 2008 and features Pittsburgh’s hottest restaurants and bars in a designer martini “Polo-tini” tasting extravaganza.
Family House Polo
The National City Family House Polo Match is held on the Saturday after Labor Day (September 6th, 2008) at Hartwood Acres. This well-loved Pittsburgh tradition draws nearly 2,000 Polo spectators each year! Family House Polo is one of the most successful Polo fundraisers in the world, raising more than $3 million over the past 23 years.
